Foam Commercial Warranty

CPD Industries ("CPD") guarantees to the original purchaser of our Foam Products (hereafter referred to as "Products") installed in any Pelican case (purchased as a new case or as foam replacements from any of CPD’s retail or commercial outlets), that CPD Industries will, at their option, either repair or replace any Products that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the first 60 days after the original purchase, provided that CPD Industries receives prompt notice of such defective materials or workmanship. CPD Industries will pay the costs of parts and labor. Transportation cost to and from the point of repair is the responsibility of the consumer. The Foam Manufacturing or “Point of Repair” is located at: 4665 State Street, Montclair, California 91763. If the foam repair or replacement is not commercially practical or cannot timely be made, then CPD Industries will refund the purchase price of the foam. The foregoing remedies are the exclusive remedies for breach of warranty.

Exclusions from Coverage

This Foam Warranty does not cover damage or defects relating to misuse, abuse, alterations including but not limited to customer modifications, normal wear and tear including but not limited to natural discoloration and fading of plastic foams, acts of nature (e.g. fire, hurricane, etc.), improper storage, improper handling, or improper installation. Normal wear, including discoloration, is not a defect and is not covered by this Warranty.

Disclaimer of Warranty

It is understood that any advice, assistance or design of custom foam interiors presented by our employees are solely based upon information and data considered accurate. No warranty is expressed or implied regarding the accuracy of the data or results obtained from its use. It is also understood that our custom foam products are designed to provide reasonable protection to your goods during normal shipment conditions and that they may be subject to failure when exposed to severe mishandling.  Buyer has the final decision of merchantability and fitness of our products for his particular purposes. We will not accept any liability in the event of a damaged shipment or for the different results of its use. Except for the express warranty contained herein, CPD Industries extends no other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, and CPD Industries expressly disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness or a particular purpose.

IMPORTANT: All returns must be authorized by CPD Industries. Please call Customer Service at 909-613-1999 for a return authorization number (RMA) before shipping your merchandise.
